Chris is a graduate of Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Class of 2016 where he graduated in the top 25% of his class and earned a certificate in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution (ADR). He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Ithaca College where he co-founded the school’s first ever mock trial competition team. Chris is originally from New York and joined CZR in 2018, after moving to California in 2013. Chris is located in the CZR Newport Beach office.
Prior to joining CZR, Chris began his professional career at BRUNO | NALU, where he learned trial and case-resolution skills from the husband-and-wife trial team of Keith Bruno (now partner at CZR) and Angela Bruno. Learning quickly and on his feet, Chris tried his first case just three months after becoming a licensed attorney. Since then, he has worked a full caseload and assists in every step of the case, from client intake, all the way through jury verdict. Chris works with clients from the beginning of the case and is often their primary point of contact. His strength in connecting with clients and learning their story is unparalleled. His compassion and ability to understand the case from the human – and legal – perspective has made him a true asset at CZR.
For fun, Chris enjoys attending live concerts, traveling to new places with his friends, wine tasting, shopping (find him at Nordstrom) and being a father to his two cats, Calvin and Bowie.
