Steve-SpencerAs a Senior Trial Attorney at Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, Steve Spencer is a skilled trial lawyer, with 30 years of experience and over 70 jury trials under his belt.

Steve has extensive experience handling wrongful death cases and serious injury cases involving brain damage, disfigurement, neck and back injuries, loss of limbs and other catastrophic losses.

Steve’s experience and reputation for aggressive representation allow him to win verdicts and settlements that others couldn’t imagine. He is known as a thoroughly prepared and zealous advocate who achieves outstanding results for his clients.

Early in his career, Steve was a partner in a defense firm that was retained by insurance companies and big business entities (restaurants, grocery stores and machine companies). He learned the tactics used by defense industry. Today, he uses this knowledge to maximize recovery for his injury victims and families.Steve graduated from Rutgers University and the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a longtime member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership in ABOTA is by invitation only, and includes the top plaintiff and defense attorneys. He has also been a speaker on various practice topics, a mock trial judge, and a mentor to young attorneys. He has served as a faculty member of the ABOTA/Jack Daniels Trial School.
