Nicholas C. Rowley Nominated for CAALA Trial Lawyer of the Year Award

Nicholas C. Rowley has been selected by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles for the highly regarded “Trial Lawyer of the Year” award. The award is one of the most significant honors bestowed upon members of the plantiff’s bar. Pervious recipients include such renowned trial lawyers as Tom Girardi, Bruce Broilet, Browne Greene, Charlie O’Reilly and Gary Paul.

This is Nick’s second year in a row being chosen as a finalist for this prestigious award, and he is the youngest attorney ever to be nominated. In 2009, Nick was the youngest ever recipient of the “San Diego County Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year” award.

Nick Rowley has extensive experience representing victims and families of serious injuries and wrongful death.  By the age of 32, Nick had won over $100 million dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. He is a relentless warrior who has succeeded and proven himself in the battles of litigation time and time again. Nick prides himself on his caring, empathetic approach to working with his clients and their families. This is the only way to deliver the truth to the jury.

Nick shares his winning philosophy below:

“Practice law with humanity, your heart and soul, everything that makes you human.  We are not robots.  Shed the slick lawyer mumbo jumbo and be real.  Care about your clients as you would your own family, care about the jury and respect their beliefs.  Work hard to find the basic human truth of your client’s case and lovingly communicate the story of injustice to the jury.”
