CZR Supports Alzheimer’s Association through Contribution in Memory of Gene Bozarth

The personal injury law firm of Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley recently made a contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Gene Bozarth. Mr Bozarth died in an Iowa nursing home accident in 2009 that was successfully tried in a wrongful death case by Attorney Nicholas C. Rowley.

Bozarth was 85-years-old and suffering from Alzheimer’s disease when he died due to injuries suffered after falling at the Danville Care Center in Iowa where he was living. The man fell and broke his neck, wrist, and facial bones, but was returned to his bed, only to later be transferred to several hospitals, where he died from his injuries. The law firm of CZR supports the work of the Alzheimer’s Association and their continued dedication to bringing needed care for Alzheimer’s patients who can no longer properly care for themselves.
