Asset Management case. In 2016, he won four out of five of his jury trials, doubling, tripling and quadrupling the insurance companies’ top offers.
In 2017 he began the year by winning $187,000 after only being offered $20,000 by Farmers Insurance in the case of Wagner v. Pulido. He then boarded a plane to San Jose where three days later he won $100,000 in the case of Lodwig v. Tan, surpassing the top offer of $43,000. Three weeks later, on March 3rd, Martin received a $500,000 verdict on a no offer case (Franks v. Koseki) that was brought into the firm a week before trial.
