At the age of 36, Martin has already taken 20 civil and criminal jury trials to verdict.
He has tried civil jury trials in Sonoma, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Mateo, Riverside, Santa Monica, Temecula, San Bernardino, Chatsworth, Van Nuys, Marin and Orange County.
As a volunteer district attorney he has tried criminal cases in Compton and East Los Angeles.
In January 2017, he became one of the youngest members to be elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016 and 2017.
Martin specializes in some of the firm’s most difficult cases. In 2016, he won four out of five of his jury trials, doubling, tripling and quadrupling the insurance companies’ top offers.
In 2017 he began the year by winning $187,000 after only being offered $20,000 by Farmers Insurance in the case of Wagner v. Pulido. He then boarded a plane to San Jose where three days later he won $100,000 in the case of Lodwig v. Tan, surpassing the top offer of $43,000.
