After graduating cum laude from UCLA, Daniel went on to work for Bet Tzedek Legal services, a non-profit law center providing free legal services to those in need. In 2011, Daniel obtained his law degree from Southwestern Law School, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, Daniel received the highest grades in a number of his courses, including Evidence and Legal Writing. He was a member of the Law Journal, Moot Court, and served as judicial extern to the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall, of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.In 2012, after practicing law for just a few months, Daniel successfully tried his first case, which resulted in a unanimous jury verdict in favor of a CZ&R client. Fluent in Farsi, yet born and raised in Los Angeles, Daniel aggressively litigates cases on behalf of CZ&R clients all over California.
